Suffering the Consequences

My entire body is aching. I feel heavy and I’m experiencing all sorts of discomfort. I’d like to say I’m happily suffering the consequences of my almost-3-hour work out yesterday but it’s not. I think it’s my hormones that’s giving me all the pain and irritating sensations.
But as much as I wanna rant about this, I am choosing to be grateful instead. I’d rather experience this than continue to worry about my ovaries’ condition. And I would definitely rather feel muscles hurt than grow uncomfortably fat.

My best advice to anyone caught in the tangles of love is to not seek advice at all. Friends mean well, but they work like antibiotics combating the infection around your lungs. Let it consume you. If it burns, it burns. If it hurts, it hurts. If it makes you dizzy, then it should. Love is an extreme. You either live with it or become immune to it.
